  • 20g 2731 APPLE & SAGE D/F   2,25 Kg
  • 100g 5451 OLD STYLE STUFFING/COATING   10 Kg
  • 10g sultanas
  1. Pocket belly pork
  2. Combine 6760 CRANBERRY & MUSTARD D/F, 2731 APPLE & SAGE D/F, 5451 OLD STYLE STUFFING/COATING, sultanas and pork mince together
  3. Add water into the mixture and combine well
  4. Place into pocket cavity
  5. Sprinkle with parsley
