  • 3.5 Kg of 2682 S.G. PIE MIX  20 Kg
  • 20 kg water                                            
  • 20 kg meat (minced)
  • 2.0 kg diced fresh onion
  1. Place 2682 S.G. PIE MIX into cooker
  2. Add water and mix thoroughly (no lumps)          
  3. Add meat (minced) stir through thoroughly
  4. Add onions and stir through mix evenly
  5. Bring mix to the boil
  6. When fully cooked, allow to stand for 1-2 hours to draw flavour
  7. Fill into pastry case and cook until pastry is evenly cooked 
  8. Let stand to cool, don’t stack on top of each other until fully cooled.
