Mini Southern Chicken Vegetable Burgers

For retail presentation:

  • Chicken Mince
  • Grated carrot
  • Grated zucchini
  • Equal amounts of:

   7061 PARMESAN GARLIC PARSLEY CRUMB
& 7934 SOUTHERN STYLE D/FLAVOUR

Combine above ingredients and shape into patties/rissoles.

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 16 cheddar cheese slices
  • Lettuce and tomato
  • 8 cocktail buns, halved
  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frypan or BBQ plate over high heat and cook patties, turning occasionally for 4 minutes each side.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in small frypan or BBQ plate and cook onion until caramelised.
  3. Serve patties in warmed buns with cheese, onions, lettuce and tomato.
