  • 6 think slices of veal or beef
  • 750g beef mince
  • 250g pork mince
  • 80g 4213 BURG/STEAKETTE SEASONING MIX
  • 20g onion flakes
  • 10g parsley flakes
  1. Mix beef mince and pork mince together
  2. Add BURG/STEAKETTE SEASONING MIX to mince
  3. Form mince mixture into meat balls approximately 150g to 180g each
  4. Wrap thin beef slices around the ball and press firmly
  5. Cut a cross in the top and fold out edges to make peak collars
  6. Place parsley flakes on top for display
  7. To cook bake in oven or fry pan at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
