Greek Gyros Marinade

  • 45g 4668 GREEK GYROS SEASONING   2 Kg
  • 55g 4667 SOUVLAKI D/F   2 Kg
  • 1 Lemon
  1. Add GREEK GYROS SEASONING together with SOUVLAKI DRY FLAVOUR and mix thoroughly
  2. Squeeze the juice of one lemon
  3. Add lemon juice to dry mixture and mix well
  4. Use this marinade to coat your favourite cut of chicken/lamb. If possible let marinate overnight in the refrigerator for the flavours to develop and to tenderise meat.
  5. Cook your marinated meat as usual
