Beef Rockets

  • 500g girello scotch, eye fillet or sirloin
  • 80g 4665 HERB/GARLIC & CHILLI GLAZE   2 Kg
  • 20g 2457 FLAVOUR RIGHT STEAK SPRINKLE     1,25 Kg
  • 10mls virgin olive oil
  • 50g asparagus & camembert
  • 50g prosciutto
  1. Cut a pocket in centre of beef
  2. Mix 4665 HERB/GARLIC & CHILLI GLAZE   2 Kg with olive oil to form a  paste
  3. Coat inside of pocket with half the paste mixture
  4. Add asparagus & camembert cheese wrapped in prosciutto to pocket
  5. Coat outside with remaining paste mixture
  6. Sprinkle lightly with FLAVOUR RIGHT STEAK SPRINKLE    
  7. Cook in oven or BBQ for approximately 10-15 minutes.
